So much to learn, So little time.

Woah, has it been awhile? Last time I updated I had gotten my surgery date. ahhhhh.

So far nothing too much has changed. I have been trying to keep a better diet as to prepare myself. I try one thing a few days a week that I won't be able to eat for awhile after surgery. I went to the gym on Tuesday and plan on going again this week (more than one day of course!duh!). I've been learning so much from ThinnerTimes, it's ridiculous. For instance did you know that not all protein is the same? Those of us who have had gastric bypass need protein isolute ( I think that's the name of it). Also we need calcium citrate, not carbonate.. you can't take the iron with the calcium.. you need B12, multi vitamin, protein supplements, calcium. Oh and no NSAIDS, which is anything that has a a breakdown covering on it.

So much to remember. I've been keeping track of questions to ask certain people.

I got all my paperwork in the mail, I have to make so many appointments.
Pulminary, Cardiologist, Medical Clearance, EDG,

Pre-op is the Friday before surgery which is conveniently, Friday the 13th. I'm hoping all goes well.

It's late. I'm tired.
